Default Vehicle trimmers

Can anyone recommend a vehcle trimmer? I have a ERST 88 spec drivers door card where the arm rest has sagged as usual and the seem has split. I would ideally like the vinyl on the door card replaced.
Can anyone recommend someone they have used and give me a rough indication as to how much this work will cost?

Cheers for any help.
