There's nothing wrong legally with recording conversations.
It's when you attempt to use that recording it becomes a problem.
The Dojj recording won't be accepted in court, it could have been recorded anywhere at any time and edited by anyone.
Other than causing embarrassment to the Officer concerned if she did attempt to pursue you over any alleged offence it's useless.

On a seperate note, I saw your photoshop of the Focus in mallard colour and thought your work / skill was excellent. Have you ever thought about putting it to use and maybe finding a job that requires that skill? Saves sitting on the ne all day (unpaid apart from free hand outs / benefits of course).

So if I wanted to get 2 complete strangers locked up and I made a recording of them talking about a film about 2 people planning a crime, but edited out the references to the film so it sounded like them planning it, a court is going to take that as the truth and lock them up, I don't think so, in fact I am certain NOT.

Fact is in a real serious crime with other evidence a recording would be looked into seriously- not a phone tap though as thats illegal

Well in that case I suggested he break the law. I never actually broke it. Most of the times a warning is issued when a complaint is made, and no-one has complained. This is like telling the Police they should have done this, and they should have done that, yet you never reported it.
