Default www.passionbmw.com

hello bmw owners

ive a problem with my 1994 e36 318is coupe alarm and i dont seem to be getting anywhere on e36.com so i thought id try on here instead

basicly if i arm the alarm i get 2 beeps the doors lock then i get a 3rd beep which is exactly the same as the first 2

now the 3rd beep is not to tell me that a door is open as if i leave a door open i get a long beep

ive looked online and on a few websites to try and find a bmw alarm manual which would tell me what the number of beeps/led flashes mean like most alarm manuals do but i cant find one

the alarm is the early type with the one button key fob which has the bmw emblem on the button

cheers kev

Sounds the same as mine fella, which is the sigma one. I've got the manual for it, I'll scan and upload it if you want.

Here it is. If you save them to your computer they should appear clearer.
