OH DEAR...I did it again...lol
I just love the old ZJ-Jeeps, used to run around in a 5.2 and 5.9 for ages.
Whilst browsing the net I came across one that sounded too good to be true...so even though I don't need a car I went ahead and bought it!
It's a dark grey 1998 Jeep grand Cherokee 5.9 litre LX-edition with only 50.000 miles on it!!!
One owner from new, non-smokers vehicle, bog standard and complete with a brand new sparewheel in leather cover, luggagenets, and the LX-pack wich means it has the comfort seats in leather, soundsystem with cd-changer and all the options you could get back in the day!
Best thing about it is the 5.9 V8 though...it was the fastest SUV back in the day and it's still an absolute monster!
Doesn't bog down when you nail it from the lights but it just leaps forward!!!
I am soooo chuffed, can't wait for the first repair bills to arrive PMSL!

LOL I should have kept my mouth shut!!!
Airco decided to pack up, probably just the fuse for the clutch, will have a look tomorrow...
I just can't get over the fact how nice and new it still looks and feels!
Even has the original double set of valet-keys and all that with it!
For some reason driving this car relaxes me so much more than the other one, even though this is so much older and more...well agricultural!
Fuelwise it's not that bad really...about 1 litre of fuel for every 2.5 miles PMSL!
Mind you, it's all worth it when you surprise people with it...the average Sorento driver doesn't know what's hit him when it thunders past lol
