Why's it so difficult to paint a bumper!?!? And if its a common problem over a few years why hasnt it been rectified? Thats ford for you, quality cars! I wouldnt even consider a new ford however quick it is.

I think it comes down to the fact that most ford fans would like to see another "cossie" but without it being RWD or 4WD it would never be on the same level.

Think they would get a 30K motor right?
Plenty of New RWD - 4x4 Ford's being built (For the time being) .. Just not in Europe .. Seems People here have come to terms with the newer RS and High performance offering

At the end of the day the Focus is an amazing car.. RWD/4x4/FWD makes no diffrence.. Its still an RS and still quiet quick. My ST out handles my cossie left right and centre, obviously the cossies faster in a straight but for everyday use i prefer driving the ST.
If this revoknucle thing is as good as they claim then why make it 4x4 and heavier?
I think people need to get with the times and realise that the RS will be a well oiled machine after a few mods.
And no i dont want to see anymore 'cossis' being built as forst it de values the current ones and secondly it will never be the same as the original

yup an it aint just ford's. every manufacturer is like this. we've just had a 58 plate jag xf in at work getting a repair to the rear wing and bumper. was both primed and painted at the same time and the bumper still looked lighter than the wing. it's something to do with the plastic not where it's painted!
