Default car is a bit jerky as the revs are low down and driving sensibly ? coil pack ?

my new born son was born on friday and to cater for him and the other kids ive bought a V reg Zafira . its a 1.8 elegance .

its for the girlfriend really but ive used it the last couple of days . when you trying to pull away and then accelerating through 1st 2nd 3rd and maybe 4th , it seems a bit jerky ?? like you have got kangeroo juice in it ?? if you spank it and drive further through the revs and then change up at say 4k it doesnt do it ????

from memory im sure i read some had the same thing on a X reg astra and think he said he cured it by putting a new coil pack on it ??

what do you lot think it could be ????

check plug leads as the cam covers allways leak oil and can cause miss fires
