I would keep the focus mate far better drive over the escos imo, they look great but drive like a 4x4 sapphire.

 

Yeah I know, they are great cars. But I want an EsCos, always have. Wouldn't be a daily driver anywayz, so ideal for me. IMO the Cossie has a bigger presence than a Focus RS ever will

 

I had 1 and it was a nice car but as a performance car it was probably the worst car i have owned pound for performance.

But just to clarify, I'm not taking anything away from the Focus RS. If I didn't think it was a blistering good car, then I wouldn't have had one...it deserves that badge as much as the EsCos does. Its just that I feel the EsCos was well ahead of its time, and the tuning potential is....well, enough examples on here

What was so advanced about the escort? I love them but Subaru, Toyota and Mitsubishi to name a few were producing equally as good cars. Apart from the wild styling is was made from pieces of older fords Plus the esc cos never really performed as a rally car on the world stage
