Can anyone offer any advice on removing a core plug from a block please.... cant get the bastad out

what the hell did i tell u? lol

get a flat screwdriver, put it in centre of core plug, chap it so it disforms it pulling it away fom the sides, then pry it out, even punch a hole in it to flick it out. bloody southerners
