Well, I'm hoping my RST will be finished in the next couple of weeks, then I'm hoping to enjoy it for a while, so can anyone tell me what events there are this year that are worth doing?

Normally, we do Central Day, National Day and Trax, but the last couple of years, we haven't really bothered what with not having the car ready.

 

Cumbria rs show is on10th of may. classic ford is on the31st may at the pod.26th july is the north yorkshire rsoc show 2nd of august is ford fair.13th september is the ford show at blackpool 27th sept is national day at donny.

 

Just looking at the pod calendar and as you say classic ford rwyb is on but it says "competitions plus an all day Classic Ford only RWYB" so do many cossies and rst's go like the old stuff did at central day or is it a bit strict as ive never been to this one and wouldnt mind taking my yb powered rst up there as it will be ready by then ?

 

Sounds like the Classic Ford Show will be on that I will go to. Assuming we're welcome??!!

There are a good selection of so called newer fords that go on the strip.There are also newer ford stands.

 

any one shed any light on this old skool ford day at pod on the 31st of may, is it a busy day like sunday was, many cossies rsts or not ?
