4x4 saff oil grade?

quick question please people. what engine oil would you say to use in my 1990 4x4 saff cos, i hear millers are good but need to get the right type?

i always used silkolene pro s, its the best for the cossie imo

but anyway, i used 10/50 silkolene pro s
