Porkie, I cant see Brom intending to do you over, he probably just hasnt got the money.
For a lot of people 2K can be quite hard to find, and I'd imagine his income is a lot lower since all the health scares?
Would be great to here from the big fella again though, think Ive only seen him once (bedford) since he was in hospital

I didn't just let the money go either... I managed to get in contact with his Girlfriend about a year ago. I told her what he owed me but that he also owed Sean ALOT more. Sean got 75% of his back. So it wasn't a complete disaster. Then out of the blue Brom text me and said he would pay me back next
Now he has gone missing completely!

Still has it as far as I am aware. Brom never owned a house or had any fixed address.... so very hard to track down.
Which is weird really... as apparently along with the great wall of China, Brom is the only man made object visible from space!

However... and this REALLY does show what I mean by meeting some PROPER people on this site.
Dunlop2002 is taking me all expenses paid to last race of season at Abu Dhabi GP. Words fail me at what this would have cost him.... I mean its SERIOUS money. First class return flights etc etc
On track hotel suite etc etc I think the race tickets are that good that I am in the Mclaren Garage for the race and Nicole pussycat scherzinegr is sitting on my lap for the race (or was it face?) either one works! Nick

Yes I have met some assholes and been mugged off badly by a few people on PassionFord..... but I've also met some incredible people who would do anything for me like Stu (rebuilt my entire car for £0.00) or broadmoor who lent me his truck for a week even though I had never spoken to him let alone met him!

Nick, same as me, I just believe that everyone should help each other in ways they can.
I dont generally lend people thousands of pounds as I cant really afford to, but I do give people my time and will help them where I can, wether that be advice or fixing their car or doing a bit of mapping or whatever.
Its very simple, it comes down to the golden rule of "treat others how you would want to be treated", if you follow the rule you are a top chap, if you dont you arent.
Thats my over simplistic view on things!

Ive had over £900 phone bill last summer after the insecure psycho ex made a similar mistake to lee, by lending her a spare sim thinking it would be cheaper as i got free texts and calls to her number and vice versa. funnily enough that was with vodafone too
Not forgetting the £900 i sorted her out with when she was homeless and needed to sort deposit for another place to rent etc. oh and the odd £100 here and there when her kids dad stopped paying maintenance as soon as he found out about me.
Add all the costs of flying to see her, bringing her over here, hotels (womans hostels dont allow overnight visitors!!) and that bitch cost me almost £8k in 5 months Would have been cheaper to fuck a whore
