though lets see how much loyalty they get
cant get away with paying people shite wages and expect the employer to REALLY benifit
better staff will generate more money !

to be fair, some places will have to take a cut, but in all fairness as an employer if i was one, i'd be taking a cut too in my overall profits if the case was my workers were, at least they can see that its affecting u too and ur not doing it just to make more money from them while they suffer and you'll at least get some sort of respect from them.

i cant complain as my over all big bosses are cunts,,,, we still work with a boss whos under them and they dont question them aslong as its justified
i have had issues,,, they have been delt with by my direct boss before going to the ivory towers who couldnt tell me what my name was let alone give a shite about my issues
i also got a free easteregg at work due to us having a few left over,, even though the main bosses said " no loosing of the eggs for staff benifit "

if theyre going to eventually increase your pay, and teach you what to do with things like dyno's etc, then perhaps a worthwhile job to go for, i'd jump at the chance to get into mechanics but a bit too old for apprenticeships at 21 up here

all of this 'rob the employer blind' yes thats realy going to help, help put you back on the fooking dole, what a twat !
being empployed and an employer i know both sides of the story, yes it is an employers market, and all this 'pay peanuts get monkeys' what is there only monkeys looking for jobs? another crap statement,
the margins are tight in all businesses at the moment, if you have found your self unemployed because of the current financial situation then think yourself lucky you have been offered a job, millions are unemployed right now, maybe if you take the chance you have been given, work hard, and respect the business then in times to come you may be rewarded for sticking at it to help the business stay afloat in its tough times,
no wonder the country is like it is with some of the statments that come out on here.

i sometimes only earn around 80quid a week at worst case if the valets are that quiet!
but its better than 45 from the dole office, some weeks i have 80, others 300....either way at least its a job anyway.
