if it is jailbroken, then there is an app that allows you to have two camera rolls, but only view one at once.

Otherwise, sync all your pics with the pc, then use itunes to create a photo album? i assume you can do this, but have never tried

I didnt realise you could add folders with itunes.... I'll look into that now

Theres another app, called Folders, which allows you to add folders for all kinds of files. Jailbreak only tho.

Indeed add folders with iTunes. It's the only option to created more folder if your iPhone ain't jailbreaked.

I'm not sure but I thought Apple will implement some extra features in version 3.0. Maybe the folder thing is getting extended aswell.

As you've figured out - you can add photo's from your computer, through iTunes, to the iPhone and have them grouped into "albums" but you can't organise the photo's you've taken with your iPhone into different albums - without copying them back to the PC first, then syncing them back through iTunes to different albums.... Also as said, you can have a second camera roll (if your phone is jailbroken) but you can only view one at a time - I found it a pointless app...

The "Folders" app is nothing to do with photo's, it's for organising apps into single folders

Thrush, you are the king of all things iPhone... but the app you are saying which organises apps into folders, is infact called Catergories. Folders app is a different ball game

I stand corrected then! I had it once - for about a week, and after a while I couldn't see the point so I gave up with it....

Is Folders the one where you can use your phone as an airdisk and send files to it over wifi? I use a similar app called Air Sharing for that kind of thing - viewing and transferring Word, Excell, Powerpoint, PDF files etc....

Yea, that's it. Only difference is folders allows for better privacy with passwords and the ability to make folders hidden from any prying eyes.
