Default Can you help please lads

Had a word with Mark today & he made it clear if I want to max my car out & achieve 215 then some fairly drastic mods will be needed.
Firstly my front bumper is standard & needs to change either being replaced or cut to allow air to reach the intercooler ive never taken much notice of whats available to achieve this so are their any pics of modded bumpers (good job not just a hacksaw) or even perhaps the name of a company that can mod mine or supply somthing more suitable. Need to ditch the lights & fit morrettes or similar so where can i get those. It looks as if the tow hook/bonnet catch & other bits will all have to go to make the room for my new custom intercooler/rad/prerad all of which will be specced to actually run over 800bhp (will start a thread on whos involved soon still talking at the mo).
Thanks lads need to get this underway very soon or the car wont run this year .

There was a pic recently of a saff with the bottom spar cut out of the bumper and also a cut out like the RS500 at the top which should let a lot more air through.

Contact Twins off of here, they'll be able to do what ever you require to the bumper, and many off here will back that up!!

That's in Spence's posession now and is nearly ready to go on the road lol. I think it's a 'combat' front bumper if i recall, though as you say probably not available any more....not a great demand for saph bodykits these days lol. The intercooler behind that bumper would never fit behind a standard bumper and work effectively though, that was proven when nick had the car.

The proposed intercooler will take up about half the space of the standard lights, if you use the outer morettes this helps with space for the cooler we also have to get in a far larger radiator & a big Turbo cooler as well.

As i said before Rod would a 1 piece front bumper with lights/grill/indicators in carbon be worth it? Could help with Aero Dynamics and cooling if made right.

I thought the Morettes would be less aerodynamic than the standard lights due to their bowled shape where the lenses sit... or am i missing something here?

as per his earlier reply mate, the headlights stop the cooler taking up width if you have a deep cooler.

That may be so but ive more than enough power to push the car along its having all that Power after bashing down Brunters for 30secs, controlling charge Air becomes the most important factor apart from stopping .
