i think hes referring to the fact that most of the music videos are now "not available in your country"

think it has something to do with rights due to a cock up somewhere but i dont know the full story

It can be your ISP aswell - at home I can watch clips of the inbetweeners but at work, we use a French ISP and I cant watch Tv clips and stuff like that - pain in the fucking arse!
