There are white esc cos's.
One of the guys from the CRSOC had one a few years back and i saw one in Birmingham Ford dealer when they came out as new.

i was offered a white saff 4x4 for Ł3500 the other week, money isn't good at the mo tho.

i used to have a white 95 model escort cosworth lux in white, i got shut of it and bringed meself a red one.

Unfortunately white was never offered as an option by Ford.
ANY that you see in white have been repainted AFTER the factory.
Much like the S1's in other colours other than white
