z3/convertible subframe xbrace, bilsteins, eibachs, polly bushes, decent brakes and a 3.62 diff should do the trick.

mine has subframe brace, strut brace, bilstein yellows, eibach springs, polly bush rear trailing arm bushes, ebc discs and yellowstuff pads all round and a davef induction kit on it. still want angel eyes, hid's and a 3.62 diff.

read about the braided clutch hose replacement that might sort out your notchy gears?

do you have to put your foot right through the floor to change into 1st/2nd? there is a pedal stop behind the clutch too, removing that as a temporary measure will work ok, but best to get that hose changed if your car doesnt already have it

mines allready got the braided clutch hose on mate, makes the pedal miles better. it's just how the gearboxes are,the 5 speed is supposed to be a lot smoother

e36 m3....the character and styling of a 10 week old cabbage

but good cars underneath for a businessman who wants a quicker car, in my opinion of course, no longer an enthusiasts car though.

diff didn't last long mate

bmw reliability at its finest
might be worth finding out if a 328msport diff will fit as they cost pennies compared to a genuine m3 item .
tell you what. i,l save you the hassle of repairing it and give you Ł500 for the car , i need a new drift toy ! lol

give me a call if you have any trouble finding a replacement tho bud , im was talking to someone the other day thats stripping one , just cant remember who it was .

29bhp up on stock is good going.
For box amsoil oil, and a dssr (selector rod), both made a big improvement to mine.
