whats next for me..(following my other thread)
following on from my other thread, got my bioscy results back yesterday and its really shit news, i have a very nasty cancerous tumor and all i can do now is go for an intence chemo treatment and radio treatment to help blast the little shit.. they cannot operate where it is.
now i just have to see how i respond to the next step in treatment.
as you can imagine i really dont know how to react just yet and i must stay positive.
i am so lucky to have a fantastic supportive group of people around me.

Shit news mate
Very importantly though, keep your chin up and stay positive.... i have a good friend who`s daughter was diagnosed with an inoperable tumour over 2 years ago and it was all doom and gloom, but she stayed very positive and the chemo went very well and she is now in remission
Sincerely hope everything goes well for you mate, the treatments are so much better nowadays too so stay positive mate.

Sorry to hear this
can i ask where the tumour is?
i lost my dad to cancer aged 57 and its not nice to deal with
however there are a lot of sucess stories of people who have had cancer, so you've got to keep a positive mind, eat the right foods, cut out sugar/ glucose.
i've got lots of useful links to info with regards to foods etc

Good luck Lee,
I know from personal experience what it's like, I had cancer and needed 4 lots of chemo. Just make sure yu take lots of things to keep you occupied as there's nothing worse than getting bored in hospital. All I can say is that chemo is like your worst hangover ever and lasts about a week. Having said that the first two sessions were ok, but the 3rd and 4th were a bit rough - I never puked though!
All the best chap.
