Ive seen this before and thought exactly the same thing!! How could you do that to such a motor!!! Needs a hardcore resto!!!

Thing is, what are the chances of getting the V5 as technically the car doesn't belong to them?

easy peasy mate if the dvla cannot contact the last known keeper then you can claim a new v5 for a small fee
