i think wes hould arrange a passionford eat-off between some likely contenders at ford fair, althgouh we'll have to bring something in as it'll end up costing more than my next rebuild if we buy food from those vendor wagon things

its a parmo !! 
basically , its a breaded chicken or pork fillet ,
covered in a layer of bechamel sauce, ( similar to white sauce, )
then coverd in greated cheese ,
grilled in an over for arount 10 min
and taaaaaaaa dahhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
you have the tastyest thing this side of the continent ..............

If you lot like pies you should get youself to the taylors butchers in darlington.They do the best pork pies ive ever tasted.Come to think of it they do alot of nice pies there.
