for the people who did not understand what he was saying,basically the government instead of saving during a boom time for the rainy day have kept on spending and borrowing and got the country in negative equity!(please remember they got handed over a country in the black and the richest it has been before ww2!)

They government see fit to keep on borrowing and spending money the country does not even have!hence the need to make more money Ł75billion!

Also please remember this government gave away alot of our sovereignty to the eu without even asking us through a poll!

I could be wrong, but I'm 90% sure I read that when a British PM leaves office, the amount of their final years salary is given to them every year for the rest of their life.

So if Gordon Brown is on Ł150k (guess?) salary per year and gets voted out, then he could sit on his ring doing sod all and coin in Ł150k per year for the rest of his life.
