From the exhaust !!

I know this could be either the turbo, worn piston rings or valve stem seals.......

Is there any tell tail signs that can indicate what it is ?
The smoke is blue, I get usually a puff when I pull out of a junction in second gear or pull away from a speed hump in second, or after I have give it a little boost in 3rd/4th, I take my foot off the pedal and the car gradualy slows down, then I get quite alot out of the exhaust, not all the time though, but is becoming more often

i no its not the same but my 1.6 orion used to blue smoke like urs and that was the valve stem seals
