Default Machining error (FAIL)

one of the guys in our machine shop was doing a couple of little jobs for me, just been down to see how he was getting on.

It seems he doesnt know the differance between radius and diameter, Everything is exactly half the required size

wont be much good as they are just machined from bar, but I cant help wondering why he didnt question the fact that I had given him some 150mm Dia bar to be machined down to 74.5
