i think its more cossie owners dont need to prove things on the 1/4 miles, its like most of them cars go quickly in a straight line, but how do they handle in the corners? plus there small cars, hardly a challenge to make them quick!

I do not think you are much of a ford fan as you know fuck all about them and now slagging them off as you have just found out about santa pod and persuaded your mum to drive you.

GTST's are rwd and use the RB25DET (2.5 single turbo) and are probably the most even comparison for a saff.

GTR's use the RB26DETT (2.6 twin turbo) and are 4wd.

Not that the above matters, the cossie v liner/M3/scooby/evo/everything argument is older than the bible. Cossies can be excellent cars, so can alot of others. Just because some cars were putting in slow times today doesnt mean all of them will be.
