Default sofa buying advice pls

were off sofa shopping today only want to spend a grand though.

what sort of deals etc can i expect to gret ie delivery bartering etc etc

going to dfs furniture village harveys and even land of leather still selling lol





wifey wants to get it done today, dont really want finance etc unless i can pay it off in a year or under, dont want this 0 percent pay in 10 years bollox

Open the yellow pages and do a bit if leg work at the reputable independent shops , some cracking deals out there and can be so much better made than the cheap China shite DFS etc flog.

DFS stands for direct financial services,its a finance company selling finance,the furniture is just there as a tool to sell you finance,not very good furniture at that.I got some new sofas at next it seems to be pretty decent well priced too.

you say that we bougt our last 3 and two seater leather for 700 and its fucked now but we have had it 5 years, i think lasted well

Me and the mrs have just bought a new sofa.I think we paid about 1500 quid for 2 two seaters.We saw a 3 seater and 2 one seats which were on a deal and we wanted 2 two seaters instead but they wouldnt do us the same deal on them.I dont think you will get much for a grand.

yes we bought two two seaters and a single in end, all recliners got it from scs in end dfs were tossers
