Nice car mate! I agree abotu the wood trim though. If i remember rightly new brushed alloy trim bits cost a fortune so may be better and cheaper to get them painted up, either brushed alloy or body/dash colour in my opinion.

JTECH : Congratulations on the new car.
I know your going to love it.................... I loved every minute in mine and it certainly put a grin on my face everytime I drove it.
As for the early ones using abit of oil............ People forgot they were designed that way, and it's not a fault. It's just the the general public found it difficult to understand why they used about 1 liter every 1,000 miles. So BM had to do something about it, and all of the cars built after Sept 2000 had a re-designed oil control ring fitted, but there nothing wrong with a pre-face lift that uses abit of oil.................... It was designed that way.
Great drivers cars, and outstanding cars for the money they're selling for at the moment. If I get my promotion in the next couple of months.............then I'll have another one before the summers over, and use it when I need four seats and performance.
TVR is still a keeper for me though.
As a performance saloon, with reliability and luxury..........theres nothing else in the price range to beat an E39 M5.
ENJOY IT............ I know you will.
Regards Jim
