OK bearing in mind, I was not busted for speeding, driving recklessly, dangerously etc, the only thing I actually could get done for was 'pulling away next to someone at the same speed'.
This is what the Judge (Ms. Notlaidforfiveyearsbitch) classed as streetracing.
For this I received the following;
18 month ban
Ł1455 fine
6 points.
There were 2 witnesses both Police who wee in the same car.
PC Mofo said I was going over 100mph when I passed him
PC D1cksplash said it was over 30mph when I passed him
T0ssers. They so made up the story of events, and basically the whole case was a farse.
I am appealling.

I didn't think you could either, but that's what they said. Mike you know i am you homo.
The thing what pi55ed me off is that also that day the following was dished out.
Drink driver 12 months ban
Drink Driver crash 12 months ban
Saxo chav hits wall at 60 after over taking 4 cars in single lane high street 28 day ban
I would n't mind, but the particular incident they could n't prove speeding, etc. Might move to botswan.
Unbeleivable this 'justice system'

Chris is famous, the local rag printed the following article:

Title: "100mph street racer is banned - Car enthusiast videotaped contest"
By Steven "I'll print what I want" Blaakman
A married father-of-two has been convicted of racing after a video shot by another car enthusiast showed him speeding down a Southend road.
Christopher Flint of No Fixed Abode was banned form driving for 18 months at Southend Magistrate's Court yesterday for racing on a public highway. The court also heard that his insurance was invalid while he was racing.
Police were called to Sumpters Way on March 7 after they received reports about racing. When they arrived they saw Flint racing againts a Nissan Skyline, which missed the police car by a foot. Flint slowed down after spotting their blue lights and stopped.
Police Sergeant Martin Green said he estimated the cars were doing about 100mph. He said "It was a phenomenal speed, I never even knew Skylines could go that fast. It was quite shocking."
The court was shown footage of the two cars racing. It had been taken by one of the people present at the incident and the camera had been confiscated by police on the same night.
Flint, who pleaded insanity, said he was only showing off his 1996 Ford Escort Cosworth and still driving at 30mph.
The alleged father of two children (he is rumoured to be a "Jaffa") aged 3 and 7, said he was asked to race while at a gathering of car enthisiasts in Sumpters Way, but that he declined.
Flint, 47, said: "I wouldn't race a Skyline on a public highway, as I know I would lose. It's just too dangerous for my street cred to even bear thinking about that happening."
Flint, who is the proprietor of Carnoisseur, a specialist shop for Nova boys in Southend, was also fined Ł800 for the racing and Ł200 for not having insurance coverage and was ordered to pay Ł455 costs.
After the trial, Flint said he thought that the 18 month disqualification was too harsh and that the two officers involved were obviously a couple of "Pinko scum fascists who couldn't catch a cold, let alone a real criminal".

Police were called to Sumpters Way on March 7 after they received reports about racing. When they arrived they saw Flint racing againts a Nissan Skyline, Pulsar GTi-R, other cossies a transit and anything that moved that night. The skyline only just missed the police, that was mainly as he didnt see him toi the last minute and couldnt quite steer in to him fast enough. Flint slowed down after spotting their blue lights and stopped. But then thought f*ck this and 6 grand launched off up the road.
Police Sergeant Martin Green said he estimated the cars were doing about 100mph ( the other tw@t said 30mph?). He said "It was a phenomenal speed, I never even knew cars could go that fast. It was quite shocking, we are gay"
The court was shown footage of the two cars racing (now available on duke videos "most fu*ked up racers"). It had been taken by one of the people present at the incident and the camera had been confiscated by police on the same night. The same boy is now up for various porn charges.
Flint 148, who pleaded insanity, said he was only showing off his 1996 Ford Escort Cosworth and still driving at 94mph not 100mph as stated ( well within his own street racing limit).
The alleged father of two children aged 3 and 7 (and probably a few others he dont know about) said he was asked to race while at a gathering of car enthisiasts in Sumpters Way, which he accepted................ all 135 times.
Flint, 547, said: "I just want to say that the only reason the skyline was in front was I missed 2nd, oh and the pigs where sucking each others willys"
Flint 3, who is the proprietor of Carnoisseur, a specialist shop for Nova boys in Southend (yea novas that are provern 264bhp cossie killers) , was also fined Ł800 for the racing and Ł200 for not having insurance coverage and was ordered to pay Ł455 costs. Luckly Chris won this in races that night.
After the trial, Flint 22 said he thought that the 18 month disqualification was too harsh and that the two officers involved were obviously a couple of "complete pr1cks were are too scared of attending the robbery round the corner incase they got hurt " also " Good job they didnt turn up earlier, I was doing 145mph ".
We have since taken a lot of orders for snoopers.
Chris has learnt a very valuable lesson.........if your going to street race take you f*cking plates off.
