I,ve got a telly set up in the conservatory for the kids. We have Sky plus but theirs has stopped working. It says input 1 is not locked. I,ve checked the connectors at the back of the box and from the dish for input 1 and they look fine. Is there anything else i should look at ?

Sometimes turning the power off at the wall for 20seconds and then turning it back on solves some issues, so might be worth a shot as above.
You will have to give it a few mins to sort itself out when you turn it back on
