Default Oil Piping advice

basically i never had this on my old frst but theres a plate b4 my oil filter and one of the pipes joins up with the water is this right cos surly it should nt mix with the water just concerned me a little thats all

sounds like an oil cooler mate, water passes through it but doesnt have contact with the oil lol

That would also explain why theres water in the pipe i took off the other side lol

Its just the standard oil the water cooler that they had? (proper name escapes me at the mo! )

It should have two water pipes going into it.

ye theres two pipes, oh rite well my last frst had a t3 convesion on it so prob got taken off. i never new that lol
