i am not parking it at home till iv done some work to get access to the back of the house so i know its secure

the strip down









ready for primer






first coat of primer





that all got flatted then second coat of primer









then that got flatted ready for paint






laquer time






ready to go back together






as it looked before flatting & polishing




flatting starts





after first session of polishing




then i have been redoing the bits that weren't right that is todays pic at the top

got a couple of bits that need to be painted again like the boot spoiler & a couple of places the buffer cought but its getting there

not a garage though just secure round the back of my house instead of on the drive right next to the foot path on the front of the house

my wife went out at 7.30 one morning to find the car as it was in the first pics

from what iv managed to find out so far it was done by 2 lads from the bottom of my estate just for a laff as they have been damaging a lot of cars in the estate

im just trying to find out there names so they can learn random damage isnt something they should be doing

Yes mate, its a standard E39 bumper that Alpina add the skirt too.

ye alpina base the cars on the lower models to keep the cost down
the front skirt is added over the 528 front bumper

the 2000+ B10s had a slightly diffrent one as the bumper changed when they face lifted the e39 you cant get the skirts for the sport or M cars

there is the newer one
