How long does it take to get a duplicate logbook

Default How long does it take to get a duplicate logbook

lost a logbook for a car so need to apply for another one. how long does it take cheers!!

If you were previously registered as the owner then it would take 7 days or so. If you have not had a V5C in your name, and DVLA have not been informed of any changes (i.e yellow trader slip) then it will take 3-6 weeks as they will write to previous recorded keeper.
