i phoned the garage where it was supposedly tested and they told me they checked there mot computer and it hadnt had mot for a year.seemed strange as it had jus ran out of 6 months tax.so i went to the post office to tax it told them i had lost the m.o.t certificate and they said they could check on there computer and they told me it did have m.o.t. and gave me 6 months tax.

didnt know the post office could do this.was a right result really.
