Default Still getting bad bhp

HI, had my car on the rolling road again, and out of about 12 runs i got one good run at 174.4 bhp and all the rest of the runs where about 150bhp, what could be causing this? Could it be that dual inlet manifold?

The guy at the rolling road said it might also be the traction control killing the power?

I'm sure I heard somebody say that traction control doesn't get on well with rolling roads
