I've just sold an RC car on ebay, the buyer has 0 feedback and is confirmed on paypal. I requested the money which came to 36quid, so i double checked my paypal for confirmed payment, payment says POST NOW.
Please post the item right away. We'll release the funds when one of the following occurs:
you receive positive feedback from the buyer
it's been 21 days since the payment date and you haven't received a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal on the transaction being held
I had one of those recently, I politely mailed the buyer to ask him to take into account what had happened and to leave feedback promptly once he was happy.
