The artwork is stunning but not my cup of tea.
I have the opinion that i've got about 25-30 years before i'll not be too worried about what my body looks like and as a result i've had the enjoyment from my tats way before that. I've got plenty of years with them looking good so im not worried about them in my later years.
There's a lot to a tattoo looking good for years, a good artist, new inks and long term aftercare. You can always get it re coloured later to keep it fresh though.
I know people with the obligatory tribal flash from a seaside "artist" and even after 5-6 years its faded and looks green rather than black as well as just being a really poorly done tat.
