4x4 cosy box
Just looking for some info and advice, my mate just broke second gear in his saph up at crail, he would just like to no if he should replace second gear or get it totally recond with stronger parts, its running upwards of 450bhp, any advice on people, places and prices would be great 
kit costs around 3k+vat or secondhand aroud 2k for complete box depending on condition

But he still wants to drive it normally to shops etc , without that whine(which is a great sound) its basically an every day car with serious power , i know theres no in between but will a new strengthened original gearbox keep breaking 
at 23psi it`s making350@wheels , but can and does run 30 
was runnin 23 on strip , knows 30 is to much for it
