So I found a runaround!
A rather nice Jag XJR, black with black leather, full options and full service history, immaculate condition.
Mileage is approx. 88.000 but am I right in assuming that these engines are capable of big mileage?
It's a 4 litre V8 with compressor so I don't think it is stressed very hard?

I used to have an XJ so I'm familiar with Jags but what's the XJR like to drive? I have yet to take a testdrive!
Is the compressorwhine very audible and what's the performance like in a straight line?

Bastard has sold the car.....
Now looking at an Arden S-type Jaguar....fitted with Arden sideskirts, front and rearbumper, grille, 20" BBS-alloys and full stainless exhaust....oh and a chipped 4 litre V8
Black with black leather, so I'm off to have a look when I get some time this week...
