i wonder how it would handle with 500+bhp?
but it does seem very good as a fast hatch.

why will we? sure you can judge how good the car is just from driving it, dont really see why you would want to compare it to a 4WD car either

I'm a bit underwhelmed by it. Sounds just like an ST, which doesn't match the lairy bodykit.

I dunno, certain aspects of it look a bit lame. That interior doesn't look up to much.

Sounds promising though, and I'd be interested to see how it does stack up against similar cars in it's class.

i nearly put a deposit down but was just too much money for me the way the dealer was working it out.

Do look fantastic though.

My local dealer had 10 allocated to him all unsold at the moment lol

He also didnt know what the residual was as i could afford it on options with all my other cars

Really sounds like they've done the business this time. A proper useable car with a turn of pace that it really shouldnt have

Come on......listen....

Focus RS
http://redirectingat.com/?id=42X145&...38360%26CT%3DV

Standard ST
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFH9X...eature=related

What the RS should have sounded like, particulary the beginning then ignore the middle, skipping forward to 2:10

You or I might decide we like it, but whether we like it or not, the Focus will inevitably be compared to the Megane R26R and EVO/Scoob as its likely competitors......just like in this video

http://motoring.sky.com/features/vid...ar-review.aspx

It's also on 5th gear tomorrow - channel 5 at 8pm

Haha, guy knows his stuff... same engine used in the ST24 apparently.

The car sounded wicked from the outside though, proper rrrrrip to the exhaust.

Cheers,
Grant

good review here http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/dri...cle5772860.ece

seems to get the thumbs up,although they too mention torque steer is still there, but far more managable than the original FRS.
