rs turbo bottom end ......

got a cvh turbo bottom end and the man said it has all new bearings and rings i pulled the sump off and turned it over and when u turn it forward and turn it back u can heard this tap should it be like this?
the man i bought it off is a sound man

i just want this engine to be good

lol grab the rod one buy one and see if you can move them on the crank
