Default Lowering

Hi all,

Just wondering how much I can drop my car (MK 1.5 Focus) on standard shocks with 205/45/17 tyres?

Don't want any rubbing so don't want to go too low.

Also, what's the best brand to go for? Eibachs, P.I, Gmax, Spax?

Cheers for the help.

Tom

No more than 35mm really on standard shocks, eibach are supposed to be one of the best in terms of ride quality, but it is all down to personal preference really.

It does depend on the offset of your wheels, but if they are ET42 or higher, then you will have no rubbing issues
