Default High crankcase pressure

hi guys just need some suggestions, my car is currently being mapped and dynod, the problem the guys are having is their is high crankcase pressure and its blowing the cap off. they did a comp test and everything came back fine, he said it was 155psi across all 4, so bottem end and headgasket is fine. They`ve done an oil change and cleaned out all breathers but still the same problem. car wont boost more than 2 psi and wont rev past 5600rpm, & the cap blows off. Any ideas guys as i,m stuck, they were checking the turbo and actuator today but i havent heard back from them. could it be the turbo ?. cheers guys

the rocker cover can gum up, there is a baffle in it and this can sludge up giving the same symptoms as a blocked breather
