Watch people
I have recently had the urge to buy myself a nice watch and have decided on one of these two. Only trouble is I cant decide which one now
It will be worn quite a lot, if Im not at work and Im leaving the house I have to have a watch on or I feel lost so its not like it will sit tucked away and never used. Didnt want anything blingy or a cluttered face, these 2 seem to fit the bill just nice. Now I cant choose
Any input from people who have any of these????

Im wearing one of these at the minute, and although its not an expensive top brand watch, its been by far and away the comfiest watch Ive owned so far. Its kept time very well and Ive had no bother with it.

Buy a watch that no one copies. No one will ever think it's real. Breitling especially. Get something with some character. Now that we've got cachet out of the way...
Remember that no automatic watch is very accurate. Even chronographs.
My everyday watch is a stainless Fortis Fleiger like this one:
My watch that I wear with certain clothes and temperatures (yes) is a Nixon 51-30:
My grandfather's Rolex Daytona sits in a box.
The watch you wear when travelling can get you in trouble and out of it. People will notice your watch and assume you're flush and treat you differently. Or they will think you're some rich ass snob and treat you like crap. When I wear the Daytona (rarely) I get some winks and looks from people that notice these things. Not a fan of that really.
Or you will live in an area where no one cares.
If it was between the Breitling and the Omega - Omega all day long.

That breitling is hideous!!
Omega definately over that one. The fortis posted above is nice. I'm looking at either a Bell & Ross or U-Boat for my next one
I've worn a Omega Chrono for the past 3 years and it's been extremely hard wearing

Some nice watches there Paul
Breitling is getting less appealing the more I keep looking at it. Omega, it seems, is going to be coming my way.

Omega is nice, l have a tacky James Bond Seamaster limited edition, I have had my Omega nearly 2 years and have just sent it back as it has stopped working, a service is costing me 150+ pounds
The Breitlings are very nice however l am not that keen on that model, l had a Trans ocean when they made it but then had it stolen,
Some Rolex's are very nice
Mike

I was like that Glenn, then when I started wearing one I now have to be wearing one if I not in the house or I feel odd. Sometimes I turn back to get my watch if I forget it.
