Does anyone know if mk3 and mk4 escort cabby roof handles and diffo or not, or if the interchange between mk3 - mk4 ok?

How do u remove these from a roof as i got an old mk4 roof, undone all the screws i could see and still couldnt get it off!!!! Was gonna keep them as spares.

theres a knack to it you need to part open handle and wiggle up and forward at same time thats if you've undone all three screws etc

and yes they 100% interchangable mate
