Default what bushes poly or standard in rear arms
going to rear end resto on saph cossy what bushes do people use in rear trailing arms there are standard ones but no play should i keep them in or poly bush them???

Standard bushes,as ford used spherical bushed,but no longer avalable from ford

i have seen new standard bushes for sale on ebay but they want 150 per side which i think is a rip of so i would go with polys and get some solid rear beam mounts

not to bad not working now so i will strip the car and keep myself busy i need a new job if you heer anything

I have a set of brand new trailing arm bushes can't remember if inner or outer they're the big ones if that helps.

2 kids hard work have u selt the car yet i selt the x5 could not get rid ov it took 8800 for it had 22 kahn wheels on got 530 diesel sport now mite pop down next weekend

Not sold Leon yet no, just got a mondeo tdci for runnin about in and for Sarah for work.
