With the level of "restoration" that's gonna require, it might as well be made of fibreglass.

looks to me like the ford rs accesory lower rear bumper mould, you could get them for most ford cars back in the day, ford did an accesory catalogue and they were in there bit like the bodykits they did.

as above that will be the rs optional kit that you used to see on some xr4x4s and ghia estates
