got the walkround today! couldn't believe it was so mint with such good history!!!!
i'm talking about the grandad that i got a walk round before the escos
by the by,i'm not a big lover of red cars or red escys for that matter(even after i had seen the pics posted)but in the flesh it looks stunning,i would even consider a red one high on the list now if i were to get one
ps if the escort was in the nic of the granada it would be worth 20k+

i dont actually know myself
my 3 door hadnt turned a wheel in 6 years and the longer it lay there with all the new stuff like the 500 front bumper the more i was put off using it... like speed bumps and brand new 500 splitter dont go hand in hand i had had it for 14 years.....fook knows... i dont know....but i love escort cossies so bought this when it came up....going to do the suspension properly unlike my old one to compensate for it being 2wd......i,m not going down the route of making 4x4 cos running gear take over 500bhp again
....but it will have the must have 9"diff in the back
like i said i,m just going to use the car as it is this summer to get some pleasure from it before i convert it

One of the few parts I regret selling was my 9inch diff/cooler setup as when you want one there is never one at the right money!

Macca, done it already so 9" rear diff , 7 speed FFD box, group A props, and very minimum of quaiffe thickwall front casing with atb diff unit..but be prepared to break that..oh and use all brand new driveshafts as secondhand junk just breaks at those power levels....and last but not least budget for 15k minimum on that little lot

a shovit HSR with a blown V8 motor. Same bodykit (in carbon kevlar) as in my sig, bright red (natch for me), full climbing frame cage, 17s, 355 APs, 8.8 trick yank axle and hopefully 700bhp pushing 850kg. The spare bedroom is starting to get full of car bits...againIf all goes to plan I'll be wrapping it round a lamppost next Spring

The cossie is stunning Kev it passed me a few times last year in the summer big lover of the escort cossie 2 theres one or two still running around fife saw a green one the other nite running OZs passed me at the retail park think its the wheels that used to be on your new toy
