Well to me it looks like the sort of car some of the magazines would feature, daft bodykit and lots of overdone mods, but why would anyone pay that for it?

 

fair play but your never gonna get the sorta money he wants maybe 3k just don't appeal 2 enough people

 

to be fair mate, the engine currently sets me back around the £6k mark, but this was from when it was a £3k conversion for just the standard engine swap years ago

the cars probably got about £20k worth of bits on it, so if you think £6k for the engine, and £4k for the gearbox that's half the cost already

and another £2k worth of brakes and it soon starts to add up

never in a millio years would i think i could get £20k for it though, i may be a bit not right in the head, but not that not right

besides, if i had £40k to spend on a car in one go i would have done so, but this is money spent over an 11 year period, and i've probably spent £5k on the mondeo in 3 years

each to their own, i think your nova is a bit of an abortion to the eye, but i can see the engineering thats gone into it so i appreciate that aprt of the build, plus your blood sweat and possibly tears that have gone into building it

 

i've said it before, and i'll say it again. you can't polish a turd - only stick a flag in it. and boy has he stuck some expensive flags in that turd

so why not save up over those years and buy a decent car at the end of it? or half the time and buy 2?
