Default help?

one of my diamond cut rs7 spokes has a flat spot on edge of rim and tyre wont inflate.does anyone know how it could be repaired or am i gonna need a new rim?

outer on the spokes side.tyre wont even inflate

if on the rear i have a great method,on the front its not as easy.

Theres a guy in york who has a really good rep for sorting bent wheels,his company is called Ian Jemison Engineering .Not sure if its any good to you being so far away
