I'm getting SkyHD next week and only have one HDMI input in my Sony Bravia which is taken up by the PS3. Can anyone recommed a splitter or are the cheap ones on ebay ok?? I dont wanna lose any picture qaulity obviously.

i promise you any splitter system will inhibbit the quality of both picture and audio.. however if you buy a swticher box... (not a split) but a switch they are slightly more expensive due to the technology that helps limit the signal loss, i would advise using very good qualitly screened HDMI cables if you are effectively putting a join in your signal path. you wont notice any difference in quality but as with any join in a signal path there will me some loss.

All the more expensive hdmi splitters actually electrically buffer and the signals and regenerate the clock signals. So you shouldn't loose any quality. As discussed in previous threads, it's more an issue of cable length and capacitance for HDMI and any other high-bitrate digital signal.
