Stone chip

Is it any good? does it protect bare metal? do i have to primer over it or can i paint straight onto it, does it have rust inhibiting properties?is it spray or can it be brushed on? where can i get some?

etch first, spray on, available in various base colours. i always prime over it.
available from most motor factors.
